This policy applies to Wedonet US on wedonet.us and us.wedonet.krd.

Information We Collect

We collect account details, request brief details, uploaded files, contact information, workspace activity, language preferences, and payment-related references. For paid US requests, those payment references can include Stripe customer, checkout session, payment intent, charge, refund, and dispute IDs, payment status, timestamps, fee totals, and admin payout checklist notes.

Card details are collected by Stripe Checkout and are not stored by Wedonet.

How We Use Information

We use this information to create and secure client accounts, restore saved request briefs, manage request workspaces, coordinate talent, process payments through Stripe, send service updates, and improve the product.

Payment Data

For US requests, Stripe may process card, billing, and fraud-prevention information. Wedonet stores non-sensitive Stripe IDs, payment status, timestamps, and fee totals so we can reconcile payment, refunds, disputes, and manual payout tracking.

Sharing

We share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, process payments, protect against fraud, coordinate an approved engagement, support a refund, or respond to a payment dispute.

Retention

We keep request, account, workspace, and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting duties, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.
