Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Wedonet US. These terms apply to the United States deployment at wedonet.us and us.wedonet.krd.
Services Provided
Wedonet helps clients submit a work brief, coordinate vetted freelance talent, and manage the engagement workspace.
Account Requirement
United States talent requests require an owning client account before submission. Payment checkout is available only to the verified account that owns the request workspace.
Client Payments
For US requests, Wedonet may collect client payments through Stripe Checkout by card. Before checkout, the request workspace shows the total amount due and the fee lines included in that total: the talent engagement amount, the Wedonet service fee, and the online processing fee. By starting checkout, you authorize payment of the total shown for that request.
Stripe collects and processes card details. Wedonet does not store full card numbers. Stripe confirms payment to Wedonet through signed webhook events. A success redirect alone does not confirm payment.
Payment starts Wedonet coordination for the scoped engagement. Freelancer payouts are handled manually outside the product in this version.
Refunds and Cancellations
Before checkout, Wedonet may cancel, expire, or recreate a payment request. After checkout, refunds are reviewed against the agreed scope, work already started, payment processor rules, and any cancellation terms shared for the engagement. Processing fees may be non-refundable when the processor does not return them. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with the request reference and payment details.
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, Wedonet may use request records, payment records, workspace activity, and communications to respond to that dispute.
Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, respect intellectual property rights, and avoid spam, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized system access.
Disclaimer
Wedonet does not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact freelancer availability, a specific match, or a specific business outcome. Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
